Michael Kondilios     Michael is an Aged Care specialist currently leading CPS’ project and development management in this quickly-growing sector. He is across the changing medical, socio-economic, religious and community requirements of our ever-increasing aging population and the organisations that care for them.  Michael has a fluid, empathetic and inquisitive approach. His construction management experience gained in over 10 years in the property industry coupled with his knowledge of legal frameworks, in particular the implications of SEPP Seniors Living, makes him a leader in this field.    Michael has also delivered sports, maritime facilities arts and education facilities across NSW.

  Sarah Goh    Trained as a Quantity Surveyor Sarah has an enviable technical, legal and commercial background, most recently brought to bear in finalising the negotiations with Lendlease for the fit-out of the new Rural Fire Services headquarters.   Duncan Kennedy   Duncan heads up CPS’ Allied Health business, where his 15 years’ diverse experience in operations management, procurement and project controls is key. Duncan has considerable market experience in Design-Construct-Operate schemes. He has gathered a wealth of knowledge in green building design, construction and operation (Duncan is a LEED Associate) and has negotiated numerous Energy Performance Contracts in Canada and Australia.  Added to the mix is Duncan’s experience in tertiary education facilities, for example the state-of-the-art teaching labs at Macquarie University, complete with complex audio visual and IT components.
