Trained as a Quantity Surveyor, Sarah has an enviable technical, legal and commercial background; she has successfully finalised contract and commercial negotiations with Tier 1 and 2 contractors and subcontractors, developers and local councils.
Prior to joining CPS, Sarah worked on a number of large developments including: $260m 100 Mount Street, North Sydney development with 5-star Green Star and 5-star NABERS ratings; $200m University of Sydney Business School development with 5-star Green Star rating; $100m residential development in Lane Cove; and $80m 818 Bourke Street, Melbourne commercial development with 4-star Green Star rating. Sarah’s thorough approach to early conceptual planning and stakeholder engagement followed by her careful selection of the most appropriate project delivery methodology are further strengths.
Sarah has qualifications in construction economics and law. Her considerable skills and experience ensure the best result for CPS’ Government and private sector clients.
