The new pedestrian floating walkway and ferry wharf was recently opened on the western side of Darling Harbour, Sydney. CPS project managed the design & construction for Place Management NSW in a live & challenging environment. Well done everyone.

In collaboration with SJD Property Group and Kane Constructions, CPS have successfully delivered the completion of 85 new homes in Little Street, Lane Cove. The project team withstood challenges such as asbestos and Section 96 application for reduction in apartment mix during construction in its journey to completion. Welcome home residents of Magnolia Apartments.
CPS have been appointed as Project Manager and is acting as Client Representative to deliver the development of a new purpose built Multipurpose Community Centre at Granville. CPS engagement commenced from Development Application Design and continues through to project completion.
Sydney Catholic Schools have appointed CPS to manage the All Hallows Catholic Primary School project from design finalisation through to project completion. The project includes new build, major refurbishment as well as minor works package of the Church Hall.
