CPS have been appointed as Project Manager (inclusive of Quantity Surveying Services) and is acting as Client Representative and Superintendent for a 85 unit residential project in Lane Cove. This complex project involves the construction of 2 basement levels and 3 individual buildings. 

Specific tasks include: 

  • Overall communications management of authorities, and all stakeholders 
  • Tendering and engaging the consultant team
  • Managing the design process for a D&C approach
  • Managing Section 96 Applications through Council and CC process
  • Developing a procurement strategy to fast-track the project, inclusive of early works packages inclusive of demolition and civil works
  • Cost planning
  • Quantity Surveying services for the whole project
  • Competitively tender and award to a Principal Contractor
  • Liaising with financial institutions for contractor approvals
  • Superintend the Works
  • Defect management
  • Assist with the sales process as required
