CPS was engaged as Project Manager for:

  •     Finance Laboratory fitout
  •     Sessional Staff offices fitout

CPS was appointed by Macquarie University to undertake a number of projects as part of the redevelopment of the Business and Economics Building at the North Ryde Campus.

Following the successful completion of the Student Services Centre, the Finance Laboratory fitout provides the University with a collaborative space for learning and interaction for students and staff alike. The works included modification to the existing façade including a new entrance, the complete fitout of a new state-of-the-art collaborative learning space with multi-function AV design.  The lab is separated into collaboration space with six (6) collaborative workstations, and an incubation space which can be set up for casual seating or with boardroom style tables/desks.

In order to make room for the new Finance Lab, the Sessional Staff offices were relocated to the second floor of the building.  This area was redeveloped with Student Consult areas and office space.  The Student Consult area includes a reception desk open to the corridor, a collaboration space with casual seating and an open-plan area with workstations.  The instructor office space is closed off from the consult area and has an Executive Office and open-plan workstations.
