Darling Park Tower 3

Darling Park is one of Australia’s most unique developments, combining premium office accommodation with first-class lifestyle facilities. CPS was engaged to Project manage the base building upgrade works at Darling Park Tower 3 throughout the design and construction stages, including all required statutory approvals.

The Project involved the refurbishment of the 5-Star quality Ground Floor Lobby comprising of a new café, revolving door entrance, feature lighting, state of the art media wall and increased seating/meeting spaces. Works to the Low Rise Tenancy Levels were also completed, including full base building and amenities refurbishment, service upgrades and new stone cladded Lift Lobbies.

Commencing in October 2016, CPS’ involvement on the project included detailed design management, contractor procurement, statutory approvals, construction and quality management, and project completion.
