Nick Gassmann has over 15 years experience in the property industry and has a proven history as a senior project manager with international experience across a broad range of projects. This includes base building private sector projects ranging from residential, industrial, health care, commercial and retail. Nick has also had considerable fit-out experience including design for commercial office buildings as well as retail banking. Nick has worked in the contracting, consulting and client sides of the industry and brings strong stakeholder management skills to his role as senior project manager. This is coupled with sound construction and contract administration skills.
