CPS was appointed to project manage the refurbishment, extension and strata subdivision of an existing two storey building and the construction and fitout of a new city based head office for RT Health in Surry Hills.

CPS successfully managed to undertake the construction of a new office facility, two additional levels of premium commercial office space plus spacious balcony in a mature age building limited by structural and Council controlled heritage constraints.

CPS was able to deliver this project on time, despite the presence of latent conditions and stringent utility authority requirements. This was achieved through constant liaison with the Client and Contractor to establish the key deliverables.
