CPS were appointed to provide programme and project management services along with client and stakeholder services during the entire branch roll-out of new franchisee-owned offices throughout Australia in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.

CPS’ role included providing feasibility reports, budget reports, tender documentation and design co-ordination along with establishing project management forecasting and cost reporting tools to support each rollout.

Over a three year period, CPS successfully managed and completed the rollout of these 50 branches throughout Australia in both metropolitan and country locations.
