CPS were engaged to provide project management services on behalf of HSBC Bank for the continuous upgrade and refurbishment of the banks retail branches along with the relocation of branch and administrative tenancies in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Scope of works included providing feasibility reports; budgeting; programming; tender issue and contractor recommendation; contract administration; cost control; and handover documentation. The
close management of all contracts ensured minimum disruption to day-to-day banking services for staff and customers and ensured the project was completed within expected time and cost parameters.

CPS successfully project managed in excess of 50 projects during a period of more than 15 years, with values ranging from $200K to over $1 million.
