| Federal Court of Australia, 167 Macquarie St & Lionel Bowen Building | $3.1 Million
CPS was engaged in July 2006 as project manager for the complete commercial refurbishment and fit out of the Federal Court of Australia.
As a turnkey project, CPS was responsible for the appointment of all consultants to prepare the design and tender documentation for the works. The key challenge for the team was to ensure that the commercial tenants, including the Australian Club, restaurant and bar were not impacted by the ongoing works.
The fit-out for 167 Macquarie Street was completed in July 2007, with no down-time lost and within total overall budget of $1.32 million.
The fit-out for the Lionel Bowen Building was completed in April 2007, with no down-time lost and within total overall budget of $1.8 million.
