| Esanda Waterside | $3.6 Million
CPS was appointed as the project manager and engaged the consultant team to fully document and tender the construction works for this project which included the commercial fitout and relocation of Esanda Fleet Partners to Rhodes Waterside, Sydney.
The scope of works encompassed the design and construction of a new interior office fitout, relocation services and the management of IT and related adjustment issues related to the new site.
As project manager leading these works, CPS provided the lead role in co-locating two separate Esanda business units at Rhodes Waterside. Key challenges for the project included the coordination of new technology infrastructure for the site; integration of the fitout with base building services and communication. The project demanded a high level of communication with Esanda’s management team in Melbourne to ensure that the technology and service requirements of the respective business units were achieved. Staff management and liaison was extremely important to alleviate the current staff uncertainties of relocation, transport concerns and cohabitating with a new business group.
The $3.6 million project was completed on-time in March, 2005 and within budget. The two business units successfully co-located to the new site with minimal disruption during the relocation and ongoing operation of the organisation.
