CPS provided programme and project management services along with client and stakeholder services for the development of a new Government Services Precinct in the Coffs Harbour CBD to include a police station, courthouse and various Government offices.

The scope of works incorporated master planning and design management; managing budgets and cost control; Part 4A Planning Approval; overseeing tender documentation and construction management. CPS negotiated and managed the disparate requirements of the three major stakeholders who share the site along with site issues such as ground contamination and flooding and designing within budget whilst striving for ESD targets.

Upon completion this project will deliver a visual and symbolic focal point for the NSW Government in Coffs Harbour.
