CPS was appointed the project manager for the rollout of Beirut Helleinc Bank’s (BHB) natural retail branch network. .

The scope of this project required fast track involvement and coordination and each project was delivered within 3 months from the detailed design documentation to handover. The bank required the prompt delivery of branches to allow the introduction of a new brand into the marketplace.

CPS was able to complete the projects on time and under budget. The bank has acquired 5 new branch offices in a very short time frame. CPS has now streamlined the rollout process of a typical branch to ensure that each premise is completed with a period of approximately 11-12 weeks.
