CPS was appointed as the single point of contact for the Attorney General’s Department during the design and upgrade of 34 district and local courthouses across NSW.

Assisting the AGD with project scope definition, audits were undertaken of all courts prior to the commencement of the project and resulted in the upgrading of all fire and life safety system; improved public accessibility and general improvements in the overall functionality of each courthouse.

Under this appointment CPS engaged a design team of sub-consultants and contractors, and maintained rigorous communication between all parties as works were carried out during the courthouses operating hours.

Complete financial management of the project was undertaken by CPS on behalf of the AGD and all works were productively completed in line with time and budget.
