CPS was engaged for the programme and project management services of complete upgrade and branch roll-out of multiple ANZ bank branches along the Australian east coast. The upgrade of existing branches in NSW included meeting the standads of the Disability Discrimination Act,the Business Council of Australia, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Developing and designing contract documentation that would suit each project across a wide range of areas proved a challenge however CPS successfully delivered the 65 branches across the Australian east coast with works values ranging from $700k to $2.5m.
