CPS were appointed as project manager to oversee the construction of a new AMP head office in Brisbane and two new financial planning centres situated in Parramatta and Melbourne.

The project in Brisbane occupied 1200 sqm and involved undertaking base building demolition works and full fit out (front and back of house) including procurement of direct supply items on behalf of the client. All business units of AMP were involved so space planning was critical to ensure project success.

Both Melbourne and Sydney were approximately 450 sqm and the fit outs consisted of both front and back of house zones. The design concept for financial planning centres was being developed by AMP as part of a larger roll out of Financial Planning centres and these two were the first undertaken. Both projects took 5 to 6 months from engagement (pre site acquisition) to successful delivery and tenant occupation.
