CPS was responsible for project and construction management of a new Glass Wool manufacturing facility. CPS supervised the design, procurement and construction of the plant installation which encompassed exceeding current industry practice safety standards and delivering the project brief on budget and on time whilst up facing tight deadlines.

CPS Successfully delivered the new facility in line with the overall program, which included a 15 month construction period as well as process installation and commissioning activities.
